• Contact information — your first and last name, phone number(s), email address, and service or billing address.
• Service information — details about your property and the work requested, such as square footage, surfaces, access notes, photos you send us, appointment dates, and job history.
• Payment information — when you pay for a service, payment is handled by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
• Communications — the content of the messages, texts, emails, voicemails, form submissions, and reviews you send us, along with our records of our correspondence with you.
• Website and device information — basic technical and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring links, collected automatically through standard web analytics and cookies.

How we collect it

We collect information directly from you when you complete a quote or contact form on our website, call or text us, email us, or speak with our crew in person. We collect website and device information automatically as you browse the site. We do not buy personal information about you from data brokers.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Prepare and send quotes and estimates;
• Schedule, perform, and follow up on the services you request;
• Contact you about your appointment, quote, invoice, or job — by phone call, text message, and email;

SMS / text messaging

If you provide your mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages, Goleta Pressure Washing may send you SMS/text messages related to your service — such as quote confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling and dispatch updates, invoices and receipts, and replies to your questions. Where you have opted in, we may also send occasional service reminders or promotions.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. No mobile information — including your phone number, SMS opt-in, or consent — will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, and are used only to deliver the messages you have asked to receive. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these limited ways:

• Service providers — trusted companies that help us run our business, such as our scheduling and CRM platform, payment processor, email and text-messaging providers, and website hosting and analytics providers. They may use the information only to perform services for us.

Mobile opt-in data is never shared for marketing

To be explicit: text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This category is excluded from all information sharing described above.
