Window Cleaning
Streak-free glass, inside and out. Serving Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito & Summerland — insured, on time, rated 5.0★.
What we do
Clean glass changes how a whole house feels — more light in the rooms, sharper views out, and a place that reads as cared for. On the South Coast, where the view out the window is half of why people live here, salt haze off the channel and grove pollen dull that glass faster than inland, and a garden hose just smears it into spots. Goleta Pressure Washing cleans windows the way it's meant to be done: by hand, pane by pane, inside and out, with the screens, tracks, and sills done too. Upstairs and hard-to-reach glass gets a water-fed pole running purified, spot-free water from the ground — so there's no ladder leaning on your gutters and no mineral residue when it dries. We don't leave until the glass disappears.
Every job starts with the frames, tracks, and screens, because spotless glass over a gritty track just looks half-finished. We wipe the channels, brush the screens, and clear the cobwebs before any water touches the glass.
Ground-floor glass gets the traditional mop-and-squeegee that leaves zero streaks. Second-story and out-of-reach windows get a water-fed pole running purified, deionized water — it dries spot-free with no mineral residue, and it keeps ladders off your gutters and siding.
We finish by detailing the edges and checking every pane in the light. If we can see a streak, so can you — and it doesn't leave with us.
Our window cleaning process
- 1
Count & quote
We count the panes, note screens and hard-to-reach glass, and give you an exact price before we start.
- 2
Prep
Tracks, sills, screens, and cobwebs come first, so the glass is the last thing we touch.
- 3
Clean
Squeegee on the ground floor, water-fed pole up high — spot-free purified water throughout.
- 4
Check
Edges wiped, every pane checked in the light before we call it done.
Why choose us
- Inside and out — glass, screens, tracks, and sills, not just a quick outside pass
- Purified water dries spot-free, with no mineral residue
- Water-fed pole upstairs — no ladders scraping your gutters or siding
- Fully insured, with pane-by-pane pricing you get before we start
What it costs
Most homes fall between $150 and $400 depending on the number of panes, the number of stories, and whether screens are included. We price by the pane, not by guesswork, and you get the number before we start.

Questions
Window Cleaning FAQs
Do you clean the inside of the windows too?
Yes. Interior and exterior are both included unless you only want the outside done. We use shoe covers and drop towels indoors and treat your home like our own while we're in it.
How often should I get my windows cleaned near the coast?
Twice a year suits most homes — once in spring after the rains and once in fall. Homes near the water or under heavy trees often go quarterly, because salt haze off the channel and grove pollen build up on the glass faster than they do inland.
How do you clean high windows without ladders?
We reach most second- and third-story glass from the ground with a water-fed pole running purified water, so there's no ladder leaning on your gutters or siding and no mineral spotting when it dries. For anything higher, we bring the right equipment to do it safely.
