Our services

Goleta Pressure Washing provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services — including roof cleaning, house washing, pressure washing, soft washing, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and driveway and concrete cleaning — across the Santa Barbara South Coast (Goleta, Santa Barbara, Montecito, and Summerland). The specific work to be performed is the scope agreed in your quote.

Quotes, estimates, and pricing

Prices shown on this website, including any cost calculator, are general estimates for guidance only and are not a binding offer. A binding price is the written or verbal quote we provide after reviewing your specific property, in person or from the photos and details you send us. If site conditions change the scope once we arrive, we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.

Unless stated otherwise on the quote, quotes are valid for 30 days.

Scheduling, access, and weather

We will schedule your service for a mutually agreed date and time. Because our work is performed outdoors and often at height, we may need to reschedule for weather or safety reasons; we will contact you if we do.

You are responsible for providing safe access to the areas being cleaned, including a working water spigot and, where needed, electrical outlets, gate or property access, and clear parking for our equipment. Please move or secure vehicles, patio furniture, potted plants, and other movable or fragile items, and close your windows and doors before we arrive.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us as much notice as you can by calling or texting (805) 705-8914. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for cancellations made without notice, or for trips where we are unable to access the property.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless we agree otherwise in writing. We accept the payment methods stated on your invoice, processed through our third-party payment provider. Past-due balances may be subject to a reasonable late fee to the extent permitted by law.

SMS / text messaging program terms

By providing your mobile phone number to Goleta Pressure Washing — for example, on a quote or contact form, in person, or by texting us — you agree to receive SMS/text messages from us at that number, and you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to enroll that number.

Program description. Our text messages are primarily transactional and customer-care related: quote confirmations, appointment scheduling and reminders, crew dispatch and on-the-way updates, invoices, receipts, follow-ups, and replies to your questions. Where you have opted in, we may also send occasional service reminders or promotions.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive marketing text messages in order to buy our services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Goleta Pressure Washing does not charge for the messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply.

Opt out. You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send one final message to confirm you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you re-enroll. Opting out of texts does not stop the phone calls or emails needed to complete a service you have requested.

Help. For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at (805) 705-8914 or grant@goletapressurewashing.com.

Carriers and delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to your carrier and device, and supported carriers may change without notice.

Your privacy. Your mobile opt-in information and consent are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Satisfaction guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not right, contact us within a reasonable time and we will return to make it right. See our guarantee page for details and any conditions.

Property care and your responsibilities

We take care with your property and match our method to each surface — for example, low-pressure soft washing for roofs and stucco. Some conditions are outside our control, including previously damaged, loose, oxidized, faded, or improperly installed surfaces; failing paint, sealant, or caulking; older windows or screens; and existing leaks. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or for damage that results from these conditions, and we will point out concerns when we see them. Very old or deeply set stains, such as oil or rust, may lighten rather than disappear; we will tell you what to expect before we begin.

Warranties and disclaimers

Our services are provided in a professional and workmanlike manner. Except for our satisfaction guarantee and any warranty expressly stated in your quote, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This website and its content are provided "as is" for general information.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goleta Pressure Washing's total liability arising out of or related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under California law.

Insurance

Goleta Pressure Washing is fully insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request for commercial clients and property managers.

Website content and intellectual property

The content on this website — including text, photographs of our work, logos, and design — is owned by Goleta Pressure Washing or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Third-party links and tools

Our website links to third-party tools and pages, such as online booking, payment, review, and social media platforms. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or our services will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Santa Barbara County, California, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of our website or services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
